BURNOUT WORKOUT is a specially designed program intended for training a group of up to 7-10 trainees, due to better monitoring of trainees during work. Training consists of a combination of crossfit, functional and hii, so the focus is on losing excess fat, gaining lean muscle mass, muscle tone, coordination of movements, fitness. Quality training with the use of small dumbbells, ropes, kettlebells, trx straps, aerobics benches; without the use of gym equipment. The intensity of the training is adjusted to each exerciser individually.
