A personal fitness trainer takes part in the exercise, combines the training and gives further instructions to the client. Personal training is the best way to get results with weights. Training with the customer takes place exclusively one-to-one. With the previous conversation I get to know the real physical condition and the thinking of the customer, I follow their wishes and encourage them to achieve their goals with responsibility and feedback.
I estimate the strengths and weaknesses of the physical condition of the client and thus determine the direction, the pace and the training program. The training takes place exclusively at set times in the GEN MUSCLE gym in Poreč. I educate my clients in many other aspects of fitness besides exercise, including general health and diet guidelines.
